As doll lovers ourselves we know how important it is to "save" a dolly who's broken or needs repair and is dear to our hearts.  Note that we don't work on all dolls, so if you don't see a doll listed on our site, please fill out our contact form and describe the doll brand and issue that you are having prior to booking a hospital service.  If we cannot fix it we will let you know.

Note that doll hospital services require that you send your doll to us to repair..  In cases where the doll's head can come off and you are requesting an eye change, we do accept just the head of the doll.  Customer is required to pay shipping to us and then return shipping back.  If your doll needs parts, you must purchase the applicable parts (or send us the applicable parts) with your doll.  Upon placing an order with hospital services, we will email you where to send your doll and review any questions we might have.  Services that have a specific doll referenced mean that the service applies to only that doll.  Services with no specific doll mentioned mean that service can be provided for any doll.
