How Do I Place An Order?

Payment and Shipping
All Payments are processed through Paypal for orders placed online. If you would like to place a special order or have an individual design created for you please send us an email. We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. All orders are shipped directly to our customers. We do not allow pick-ups. All shipments are processed through Paypal and transactions wll have the tracking number attached in that transaction. If you have no tracking number and would like to check the status of an order, please email us for an order status update.
Because of the volume of orders we receive it usually takes us between 1-3 days to ship an order that is a stock item such as wigs. Custom items like clothing can take up to 90 days depending on our booking schedule to create something. This includes time to select materials and get them in, create design patterns and create the item. Note that we receive a lot of orders so our lead times account for handling all the requests and orders that come in. Some items may be simple and fast to create but there may be people waiting ahead of your order. We ask that our customer's are patient and are welcome to check on the status of their order and place in line at any time.
We ship worldwide, however we ask that international orders be placed individually by email instead of by ordering in our online store as shipping costs vary from country to country as well as customs procedures. If you are international please send us an email to place an order.
Returns & Refunds
We allow products to be returned if they are in a re-sellable state only. That means that wigs cannot be returns if glued to a dolls head or missing it's tags or packaging. Clothing that is individually made upon request cannot be returned. If there is a problem with your order we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will fix or replace any item that has an issue. We accept returns and exchanges for up to 14 days from date of purchase. We do not allow returns or exchanges after that time.
We also sell some of our popular items in our etsy store at . However when an item sells out, the listing disappears and is often hard to track until restock. Our website is the most comprehensive on all our styles and will show when a wig is out of stock so that you can still view information on it.. It doesn't matter which site you purchase from we monitor and ship from both.
