This is a cute little girl doll made by Heidi OTT Swiss Design. She measures between 12-13" tall.  Vinyl and cloth body, blue eyes and detailed face.  She has German style hair style in pigtails. Shes meant to have bare feet and has a mauve underdress with white pinafore and pockets.  There are some tiny pin sized dots on the right side of her pinafore (see close up pictures).  She will come with a metal display stand but has no box.
