Changing out eyes on a doll can be challenging and require a lot of patience.  Once you've heated the doll's vinyl and it's squishy enough to remove old eyes, the larger end of this tool can be used to insert into the socket and scoop the eye out enough to pull it out.  Likewise, the smaller tip can be used to pry up an edge to grab hold.
 
Once new eyes have been inserted, the scoop side can be used to adjust the eye within the socket by moving underneath the eye and rotating it.  Both ends are not sharp and will not scratch.
