RETURN POLICY

Return or exchange any packaged doll items within 14 days. We do not accept returns on wigs that have been used, it must be in un-used condition and with the original packaging.  All our wigs are delivered in recloseable bags so simply return the wig with hairnet inside the bag.  If there is any issue with your item such as a manufactured defect, variance in how the product was described versus what you received, if you've received the wrong item, or any other problems, contact us and we will send a return label and correct your issue immediately.

CUSTOM OR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Custom or made to order items are personalized for the customer and therefore are not returnable.  However we want our customers to be delighted and excited for all custom made and made to order items.  So if there is an issue with the order, contact us to discuss the issue and we will come to a solution for you.
