MSD sized Vinyl lacey dress shoes.  They have an open foot area with two straps, one that goes over the middle of the foot and one that straps around the ankle.  Both straps are trimmed in ruffled organza and then there is a scalloped bow at the toe.   They have a plastic textured bottom that rises about 1cm up for a sole, straps are long enough to criss cross if you want that look.

Fit:
Universally sized to fit most 45cm or 1/4 BJD or Mini Girls or MSD Dolls.  Since it's long and slender, it does look appropriate to fit a Smart Doll foot.  We were able to get it on, but you could see that the vinyl was stretching about .5cm in the back to accommodate the length of the foot.  If that doesn't bother you this shoe will fit a Smart Doll.
Note for Minifee Dolls: 
A bare Minifee doll foot is about 5cm long and 2cm wide at the front and 1cm wide at the back generically speaking, so there is a small amount of space completely around the foot when inserted barefoot into the shoe room enough
