Made in soft cotton with thin straps at top with fitted bodice.  Circle skirt on bottom and finished off with a satin bow. Snap closure. Bow is sewn all the way around and stays in place. Skirt hits around thigh area above the knees with a full circle skirt.  All seams are serged on the inside.  Nothing is left unfinished.
