This is truly a set for someone who loves the older Madame Alexander. Detail description below:
1) Jo - Labeled #1225. Box is faded to an almost aqua blue in coloring. Doll however has bright coloring, no fading. Blue dress with red apron. Hair is in factory settings and overall is in perfect condition. Comes with stand and is ready for display. Has handtag on wrist. Previous owner marked wrist with 1961 year. Eyes do not blink, can be left as open or closed.
2) Meg - Labeled #1323. Box is bright turquoise with no apparent fading and looks in good condition for the age. Meg's face coloring looks a bit faded. Her hair is still in factory settings. Her lavender and white striped dress looks slightly faded and the white of her apron is not a bright white. Comes with stand is ready for display. Has handtag on wrist. Previous owner marked wrist with 1960 year. Eyes do not blink, can be left as open or closed.
3) Amy - Labeled # 1320. Box is a nice bright turquoise has sharpie marks of SC on the front but is largely in tact. Amy's hair is still set in factory setting. Amy's coloring looks a bit yellowed. Her pink dress has discoloration on the sleeves, she might have been displayed on a shelf instead of under glass. She comes with her original wrist tag. She comes with a stand and is ready for display. Previous owner marked wrist with 1960 year. Eyes do not blink, can be left as open or closed.
4) Beth - Labeled #1321. Box is a nice bright turquoise with some wear on the corners of the lid. Beth's hair is still in factory setting. Her complexion looks a bit faded so she looks slightly pale. Beth's dress has pretty consistent fading on both the front and the back of her dress as well from the bodice, probably from sun. There are darker points where pleating has retained some of the original color. She comes with her original wrist tag. She comes with a stand and is ready for display. Previous owner marked wrist with 1960 year. Eyes do not blink, can be left as open or closed.
5) Laurie - Labeled #1326. Laurie looks in perfect condition. His box has some fading as to his name stamp on the outside of the box but is largely in tact. He has his original hand tag. There is no fading or imperfections on his original outfit. His eyes still blink. His previous owner has labeled him 1973 as to the year.
We want this set to go to a good home, it is priced accordingly to be valued by a new owner. All the dolls come with their original outfits, shoes, socks, etc. and their original boxes. 5 boxes total.
