I had to do some research to find out more on this doll.  I estimate that this particular doll was released around 1994 and it was sold by the Disney Store as a Limited Edition.  This particular doll is #4021 out of 5,000.  She’s been on display and a little dusty but minor.  Her dress, body and hair are all in their original state with no stains or tears.  The only flaw I see is that one of her eyelashes is missing and she has no box.
She’s about 16” high and I’m not sure if she was sold separately or with the 7 dwarves.  I saw an eBay listing with her and the seven dwarves together but there is no mention of how they were originally sold.  
The fine art dolls were all handpainted and it seems that Disneyland and Disneystore just doesn’t sell these kinds of dolls anymore, everything is now in vinyl so she’s truly a collector item.
