This is a 1978 Super Size Barbie by Mattel "Grow Hair" 18.5" tall.  She's wearing a handmade white seventies style wedding dress and sheer boxer type undergarments and gold high heel shoes.  She has been restored and cleaned for her new home. No chips or cracks, body is smooth and in tact.  Face paint is perfect.
 
Imperfections: Her hair has been played with and is rather bushy at the ends with some fly aways.  It functions correctly with a pull string which "grows" out of her head.  She is missing one earring which is pink.  This was not her original outfit.  Slightly loose at the waist in terms of how tight she is when she moves.
