This is a 10" Cissette Doll, the mini version of Cissy.  This series of dolls have fancier and more adult fashion and high heeled feet and shoes rather than the 8" who have more of a baby shoe look.
 
Cissette Wicked Witch of the West from Wizard of Oz has green tinted skin and eyes, dressed all in black but lined in white.  Black nylons and velvet high heel boots underneath.  She comes with a display stand and original box. She is missing her broomstick but she is in perfect condition.
 
All dolls have had their stringing checked to make sure it is in proper working order.
