This is a limited edition numbered M.J. Hummel Doll Engel-Buppe all vinyl.  These dolls are German made. The tag is the COA.  The doll is in perfect condition with no signs of aging, fading, or discoloration.  The box is sturdy, the rubber bands holding the doll inside aged and broke so the doll will be packed to not slide during shipping.  The front window plastic has lost its glue. I would say the box is in fair condition for its age.
