This restringing charge is for more complicated stringing for the following types:
1. Large dolls 18” and above with two part or jointed limbs and necks or two part torsos.  This is common for Gotz dolls or jointed hard body dolls that pose.
2. Large dolls 18” and above assembled with washers and limb plates.  These are common for hard body dolls and need a multi-phase heating process to get the limb plates out attach the cord and clamp down the other side before it cools.
This service does not include BJD restringing or dolls assembled like a BJD with tiny access areas, holes and multipart bodies, limbs, or torsos.  We fo not service this type of doll at this time and don’t carry the tools to get through the small hole access points for these dolls.
Cost includes elastic for restringing.  Service includes replacing any worn out elastic that has lost its stretch or tightening elastic that is still good.  Cost is a flat rate per doll as all dolls need to be disassembled whether all limbs need restringing or just part of them. All parts must be present.
