This Steampunk vest is perfect to go with many of our other Steampunk Separates to mix and match. It can be worn over blouses of various styles.  The vest is made from scrollwork embossed vinyl in a dark chocolate brown which hooks together underneath a panel that snaps at the front and is decorated in gold rivets.  Vest is completely lined.
