LEAD TIME FOR PROCESSING ORDERS ON IN STOCK ITEMS
Due to our current volume, most incoming orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 days of receiving your order.
LEAD TIME FOR PROCESSING ORDERS ON PRE-ORDERS AND CUSTOM MADE ITEMS
Generally speaking pre-order and custom made items have a longer wait time. Pre-orders are usually 3-4 months and custom made items often 2 weeks and up depending on how how many custom made items are on the order. Because of this we ask that customers place their pre-order and custom item orders separately from in stock items so that shipping is correctly assessed (orders are assumed to all ship together at the same time).

If a customer has placed a pre-order or custom order together with in stock items and later wants to split it, shipping costs will be adjusted to handle multiple packages for that order. This is the same for free shipping, as the free shipping calculator also assumes that all products are leaving together on the same order. Free shipping is a bonus that allows the customer to continue to add items to "fill a box" where the shipping cost does not change. Splitting orders changes those rules. There are some instances where Bbeauty Dolls may split an order if it makes sense to do so. In those cases, order status will change to "Partially shipped" in your order history and tracking numbers will be assigned to only the items that have shipped in that packages leaving the remaining items with no tracking until they are fulfilled.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
USPS - We use USPS for most small packages under 1lb, we have a early morning pick-up so orders that have come in late on the previous day and orders and orders placed prior to 8AM the same day are often pulled and shipped for morning pick-up. We also use this service for small international packages.

UPS - We use UPS for small packages under 1lb that come in after the USPS morning pick-up and for larger packages that include dolls shipping back from hospital orders and new doll sales. These packages are dropped off in the afternoon close to 3PM PST. We use UPS for U.S. destinations only.

FedEx - We use Fedex for larger international packages, occasionally for small domestic and international packages. Import rates are higher for this carrier for our customers so we usually only use this carrier if it makes sense to do so or if a customer requests it. We do not have a regular pick up or drop off time for this carrier so packages are dropped off on an as needed basis.

DHL - Our location does not have service by DHL. The closest drop off is 1 hour away. Customers are welcome to use DHL to ship packages to us such as for hospital, exchanges, etc., DHL will deliver to us, however we do not use the service for outbound shipments as the drop off is too far away.

Orders received after 3PM PST on a weekday, and orders received on weekends will ship out with the next available drop off on the next business day.
Shipping Services, Costs, and Options
There is a drop down menu at checkout with the most commonly used carrier services for our products. Automatic calculations are based on the premise that all items will fit in a single shipment and will total the weight. Most packages will follow that pattern. In the instance however where a customer orders multiple large items, shipping may need to be re-tabulated to accommodate the number of packages needed per size. We have tried to minimize those scenarios by offering free U.S. shipping on all orders above $75 so that multiple doll purchases and multiple small item purchases are always a set rate. The exception would be orders outside the U.S. and low value large dolls where multiple dolls would still land under $75.
Note that our shipping list does not automatically default to the cheapest option, so please select the option best suited for your needs and order volume. If you need a service that is not listed, please contact us when placing your order so that we know how you want your order shipped.

We use the same transit times as the carrier you've chosen.

​Every customer is automatically sent a tracking email when we fulfill your order for customers to track their specific delivery date and transit time. Make sure your email is correct in your account to receive these notifications. Some order confirmations may end up in a junk or spam folder as they are automated. You can also log in to your account to view your order history, all tracking numbers are uploaded and linked to your order so you can track it at any time. If you are not able to see your tracking number after checking your account, please contact us to report an issue.
