The shipping is too high!

We've made a $75 order for free shipping threshold to help customers when they start purchasing lots of items with us. As much as technology helps us, it cannot predict all the configurations of every item we put in our shopping cart, the size of the box it needs, and how we have to packages multi-item shipments - whether it needs one box or two. It provides an approximate and we often have to adjust that and either refund you or contact you with a correct price for shipping for approval.

Please note that our shipping drop down menu does not automatically default to the cheapest method. We have tried to change this programming, but there isn't an option for us to re-order based on the rate. We've tried to simplify the shipping options to most requested to make it as clear as possible so we've got choices now for Free Shipping for both international and U.S. customers and a ground and priority option. So when you are in the checkout screen, click the shipping method and a drop down menu will appear with the various rates and select the one you want.
