This is a vintage Mattel Hi Dottie doll, produced in the early 1970s.  She is easily identified by her distinctive large brown eyes, long light brown/dirty blonde hair, and sweet, innocent expression.  The doll is wearing a cheerful orange and white polka dotted dress.  Hi Dottie dolls were known for their poseable limbs and often included a speaker in their torso which allowed them to talk or make sounds adding an interactive element to playtime.  Visually, this doll is in remarkably good condition for it's age, showcasing well-preserved facial features and hair.  She has cute side eye "flirty eye" in her expression with her painted eyes which so no missing paint.
 
Orange shoes are in clean and perfect condition.  Socks look like they have some discoloration.  Her clothing is in good condition and free from any staining, tears, or rips.  Her hair appears to be in full and original curled condition. (Better condition than most we've seen that have cut hair).
 
She appears to be fully original except she does not come with a phone, box, and she is untested. Looks like she might take C batteries but not exactly sure as there are no markings.
