This is an interesting set.  I almost want to call it a display because it has so many pieces.  The doll is in an interesting sitting position which has her legs on either side.  It comes with a faux grass mat for her to sit on.  Also included is a tiny basket with a white bunny and several wooden eggs that are individually painted different designs.  This I think is meant to be her Easter basket.  The doll has a french braid hair wig and a pink and blue dress.  Her facial expression is one of shock or surprise with her mouth open.  She appears to be hand painted and made of fine grade wood by carver Patricia Ryan Brooks.  Her head is able to turn left or right so that she can be sitting and looking in the direction you prefer.  There is also a Paper Easter Bunny Hunt Sign and a stick (not pictured) which is either meant to be glued or taped together.  She comes with several paperwork, including an envelope of various photos and catalogs, a brief description of the artist and doll and a COA.  She comes in a foam packed box to protect her during travel.  Also included is a grey rock which is meant to be placed somewhere on the mat for decoration and a ceramic brown bunny who supposedly plays "The Easter Bunny".  The doll is surprisingly light and easy to place and the whole set up makes a nice display.  This set is numbered as a limited edition.

      Question (not a review)

No mention of size for this doll or its display in the write-up. There is a mention that the doll’s head is poseable. The unspoken assumption is that the doll’s body and limbs are carved all of a piece. Are they? How was the dress fitted to the doll? Does it open down the back? or was it sewn on? The display is cute as is, but knowing just how flexible it might be and what size display area it takes would be useful in making the sale. Thank you for listening.
