This is a 7" Bisque Doll Entitled "Peg of My Heart".  There is a little card inside that reads K & H - Kerr  & Hinz Made by Santa Clara Tile Co During World War II "Peg of My Heart" 7" Doll Jointed at Shoulder Bisque.
 
The doll comes in it's original box the the doll in a wooden high chair.  The box is in good condition and the doll and high chair are in excellent condition, stored well for it's age.  There is a cardboard insert that says Kerr & Hinz that has some water damage on it, but the doll and high chair are untouched.
