This is a 10" Cissette Doll, the mini version of Cissy.  This series of dolls have fancier and more adult fashion and high heeled feet and shoes rather than the 8" who have more of a baby shoe look.
 
Cissette Madame Butterfly has a turquoise trained kimono with pink under skirt.  Black high mules and all the cool hairdressings.  Complete with box and stand in excellent condition.  Ready for display.
