This is a 10" Cissette Doll, the mini version of Cissy.  This series of dolls have fancier and more adult fashion and high heeled feet and shoes rather than the 8" who have more of a baby shoe look.
 
Cissette Pink Rainbow has a beautiful tulle dress with pink waist flower and a lace over satin bodice.  She has light pink high heels. Complete with box in excellent condition.  Ready for display.
