This is a 10" Cissette Doll, the mini version of Cissy.  This series of dolls have fancier and more adult fashion and high heeled feet and shoes rather than the 8" who have more of a baby shoe look.
 
Cissette Scarlett has a complete green velvet outfit plus hat with black feather.  She comes mint in the box and box has $100 price tag from FAO Schwartz plus 1950-0623 on it.  She has green satin high heels.  She does not come with a stand.  Complete with box in excellent condition.  Ready for display.
 
All dolls have had their stringing checked to make sure it is in proper working order.
