This is a 10" Cissette Doll, the mini version of Cissy.  This series of dolls have fancier and more adult fashion and high heeled feet and shoes rather than the 8" who have more of a baby shoe look.
 
Cissette Scarlett has a complete red velvet ballgown lined in white and embellished with beads and sequins. Red feather boa. She comes mint in the box and box has $90 price tag from FAO Schwartz plus 1950-0760 on it.  She has red satin high heels.  She does not come with a stand.  Complete with box in excellent condition.  Ready for display. Absolutely elegant high fashion doll.
