This doll is a vinyl doll, and very squishy, so I imagine it's a play doll. The little sailor suit outfit feels brand new and without marks, and this little baby boy is very cute. He's entitled "Little Sir Genius". He does however have two orangy marks on his face, one above the eyebrow and another on the tip of his nose. It looks like a stain of some sort in the vinyl.
Despite that, he'd make an excellent play toy for a child. He has cute red socks and a little hat, and he needs someone to love him.
