This is a 10" Cissette Doll, the mini version of Cissy.  This series of dolls have fancier and more adult fashion and high heeled feet and shoes rather than the 8" who have more of a baby shoe look.
 
Cissette Blue Fairie is 10” tall with wigs 13” tall.  Beautiful blue and gold glitter gown and leaf flower headpiece in perfect condition.  Comes with stand, tag, wand, and original dress. Original price tag shows $85.00 and I would say she is mint in box but the box itself shows wear/age but the doll does not.
 
All dolls have had their stringing checked to make sure it is in proper working order.
