This is a doll spa with seating for 4 it has a rectangular lever that when pushed air comes out of the tiny jets so I imagine it can be filled with real water.  It is self containing so nothing additional is needed.
1/4 scale or 1/6 scale dolls can fit
Barbie can fit but if her knees don’t bend her friends can’t join her comfortably.
