Fantasy for Dolls - Issue 8 A Journey Down the Yellow Brick Road with AG_DollMagic

Welcome to week two of the Fantasy for Dolls Collaboration Series with Bbeauty Dolls!  This week we'll be journeying down the yellow brick road back to the wonderful, whimsical, wizarding world of Oz with an artist showcase by AG_DollMagic.

As soon as Heather announced the fantasy theme for this collaboration, my mind immediately went to "The Wizard of Oz" and with "Wicked for Good" coming out next month, I couldn't help but fantasize myself, about creating the iconic looks from both films.  That being said, I got to work on drafting patterns and sourcing materials as well as finding photos for inspiration!  Some of which I will share here with you, along with behind the scenes and a closer look at six complete ensembles from the "World of Oz Collection" that will be featured and available for purchase over in my Etsy shop throughout the week!

I'm so excited to be sharing these One-of-A-Kind collection pieces with you as they have been a labor of love over the past month and a challenge that, at times, I wasn't fully certain I would be able to pull off, but I am so incredibly happy to have done so and to see the initial vision come to life!

Get ready to join Dorothy, Tin Man, Lion, Scarecrow, Glinda and Elphaba as we revisit Oz and the magic of costuming such iconic characters in doll-size!  See you then!
